Ready to plan your next adventure?
Are you always dreaming of your next escape but struggling to find the time to plan it? I’m your personal Travel Agent, creating tailor‑made holidays designed entirely around you.
I work with busy people who are time poor (or those who just hate holiday planning!) who want a stress‑free holiday service: from research and planning to booking and support while you are away, right up until you arrive safely home. Because I’m independent, I cut through the noise and use real first‑hand experience to recommend the cruise, long‑haul adventure, honeymoon or luxury holiday that genuinely suits you.
I look after couples, multi-gen families, solo travellers and groups. Taking time to understand how you like to travel and what will make this trip special. From there I design a bespoke itinerary with handpicked hotels, curated experiences and thoughtful touches that reflect what you love.
Having travelled to over 22 countries (and counting!), I bring honest, first‑hand advice to every booking. Some highlights have been, scuba diving with whale sharks in the Maldives, sunset sails in Sydney harbour, iconic road trips in North America, getting lost in the Medina of Morocco, and living in my favourite country, Ia bella Italy.
From Dublin, but now based in Co. Roscommon, I support clients right across Ireland, working flexibly around your schedule so planning your holiday feels easy and convenient.
If you are looking for a tailor‑made holiday with personal service and ongoing support from your own trusted travel expert, I’d love to help you plan something truly special.
Families & School Holidays: Making Peak Dates Work For You
If you have school‑age children, or indeed are a teacher, then you’ll know that holiday planning comes with its own challenges. Once that school calendar is published, your options suddenly narrow down to a handful of very specific weeks, and it can feel like the whole country is trying to travel at the same time. It can feel frustrating and a bit unfair at times, but with some forward planning th

Road trips: why the journey is sometimes the very best part
There is something wonderfully freeing about a road trip. You are not tied to departure boards or security queues, and the journey becomes part of the holiday rather than just a way of getting from A to B. It is you, your travelling companions and the open road. For me, road trips have been part of my life since childhood, and they have shaped how I think about travel.

Trending Destinations: Are They Really Worth It (And What Might Suit You Better)
There’s always a new “it” destination. One minute it’s Japan, then the Amalfi Coast, then the Maldives, then South Africa. The photos look incredible, the reels are perfectly edited, and it is very easy to think: “Maybe that should be our next big trip?” Sometimes, yes, that trending place is absolutely the right fit. Other times, when we chat it through, it turns out what you really want is the f

Coolcations & Slow Luxury
More and more, I'm hearing the same thing from people when we start talking about summer holidays: “I don’t want to go anywhere too hot or too crowded.” If that sounds like you, then you are not alone. The idea that a “proper” summer holiday has to mean 35 degrees, crowded beaches and a mad dash for sunbeds is slowly slipping away. In its place, is something gentler, and honestly, more appealing

Chicago: A City for All Seasons
As my eldest gets ready to jet off on her J1 summer in Chicago, I can’t help but reminisce about my own J1 days many years ago on Cape Cod. Different coast, different skyline, same sense of adventure. Hearing about her plans has reminded me just how special that first long American summer is, and how the place you choose, becomes the backdrop to memories that stay with you for life. I’m a big fan

Solo Female Travel - Not Just for Backpackers
When you hear the phrase solo female traveller, what image comes to mind? For many, it’s a strong, adventurous woman in her 20s, backpack slung over her shoulder, off to explore remote corners of the world, staying in hostels and trekking through jungles. I confess, that’s the image I used to have too. In fact, I’m thinking of an aunt of mine, a true adventurer who once travelled with the Masai t

More Than Just Honky Tonks and Cowboys: Nashville & Fort Worth
I recently jetted off on a twin-centre escape to two of the South’s most exciting cities, Nashville, Tennessee and Fort Worth, Texas, and it was every bit as vibrant, musical and memorable as you’d hope. First stop was Nashville, where I checked into the trendy W Hotel in the Gulch neighbourhood. I had a Corner Suite, which gave me loads of space and brilliant views across the city. Great vibes, g
