Gail is very approachable and willing to help and answers any queries in a prompt and friendly manner. Now the kids are older and we get to travel more as just a couple I hope to engage with Gail to plan more trips in the future.

Gail is absolutely fabulous and so professional. Recently we needed flights home from Australia for our daughter but not via the Middle East. Gail listened to what we wanted. Came back to us with options and sorted all the logistics around it. Gail takes the stress out of planning and finds flights and options we have no access to. Would 100 percent recommend.
