Begin with seven nights at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, an adults only resort set on a long stretch of beach north of Cancún. Staying in a Junior Suite Swim Out gives you direct access to a shared pool from your terrace, so you can step straight into the water without heading to the main pool areas. The all inclusive plan covers all meals, drinks and à la carte dining across the resort, with several restaurants, bars and a large spa available on site. Evenings tend to centre on dining and lounges rather than late night entertainment.
One day is set aside for a guided visit to Chichen Itza, a natural freshwater swimming hole known as a cenote, and the town of Valladolid.
