Dar es Salaam
The journey begins with a night in Dar es Salaam, staying beside the Indian Ocean before travelling into Saadani. It gives you time to arrive, settle into Tanzania and enjoy the waterfront setting before the safari section begins.

Saadani National Park
Saadani is unlike Tanzania’s better-known inland reserves because the bush reaches all the way to the ocean. The first three nights are at Simply Saadani Camp, a beachfront safari camp where mornings begin beside the Indian Ocean and the national park is close at hand. The final night is deeper inside the park at Bab’s Camp, set on open salt flats where wildlife can move across the landscape around you. Together, the two stays bring both sides of Saadani into the trip, from quiet coastal living to a more remote bush experience.

Zanzibar
After Saadani, five nights in northern Zanzibar bring the journey to a more indulgent finish. The Zanzibari Hotel is a small boutique property in Nungwi, set above a quiet stretch of Indian Ocean coastline. Your beachfront room keeps the sea at the centre of the stay, with time for swimming, fresh seafood, spa treatments or evenings watching the light change over the water. Half Board is included, leaving the days free to enjoy the hotel or explore more of the island.
