  • Cross to Mykonos by plane from Naples, one of the most glamorous islands in the Greek archipelago, with white cube buildings, clear water and a famous nightlife scene

  • Fly home direct from Santorini to Dublin with Aer Lingus on the final evening

Sorrento

Sorrento sits on a clifftop above the Bay of Naples, looking across the water towards Mount Vesuvius. It is a well-established base for the Amalfi Coast, with good connections to Positano and Amalfi by road and to the island of Capri by ferry. The town itself has a compact historic centre, a lemon grove economy and one of the better views in southern Italy from the clifftop gardens above the port.

Mykonos

Mykonos is one of the most visited islands in Greece and holds that reputation for good reason. The main town, known as Mykonos Town or Chora, is a dense maze of whitewashed lanes built to confuse pirates, now filled with restaurants, bars and boutiques. The beaches on the south coast are well set up, the water is clear and the island has a social scene that runs well into the night.

Santorini

Santorini is a volcanic island formed by one of the largest eruptions in recorded history, and the landscape shows it. The main villages of Fira and Oia sit on the rim of the caldera, the flooded volcanic crater at the centre of the island, with views straight down to the water below. The black and red sand beaches on the east coast are unlike anything else in the Aegean.
