Darwin
Darwin is a small, laid back city with a big tropical personality, perfect for easing into the Northern Territory. Your four nights beside the harbour put you close to the Mindil Beach Sunset Market, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory and the lively waterfront precinct, while your apartment base gives you space to spread out as a family at the end of each day.
Litchfield National Park
From Darwin, a full day guided tour to Litchfield National Park lets you experience the Territory’s wild side without any planning, with hotel pickup included and time to enjoy monsoon forest, termite mounds, natural plunge pools and waterfalls.
Kakadu
Three nights in Kakadu National Park place you in one of Australia’s most remarkable environments, a UNESCO listed landscape of floodplains, escarpments and ancient rock art. With longer to linger, you have time for sunset cruises, billabong birdwatching or simply taking in the sheer scale of the Top End’s wilderness.
Uluru and the Red Centre
A four day Red Centre Highlights tour covers the icons without rushing: that unforgettable sunset at Kata Tjuta with canapés and wine, a rim walk at Kings Canyon, sunrise over Uluru and time at the base with a local guide sharing Tjukurpa stories, finishing with Bruce Munro’s Field of Light glowing in the desert before dawn.
Sydney
Two nights in Darling Harbour give you a central, easy Sydney base with private transfers in and out, and a short walk to the waterfront, fish markets and many of the city’s main neighbourhoods, so you can dip into big city life between more nature focused days.
Port Douglas and the Daintree
Your final four nights in Port Douglas bring a gentler coastal finish, with the town sitting between the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. A full day guided tour to Cape Tribulation combines reef, rainforest, morning tea, lunch and door to door transfers from your apartment, so you can simply enjoy being in one of the oldest living rainforests on earth.
