The 43-storey resort will offer stylish contemporary rooms, suites and signature penthouses featuring hand-sculpted textures, bespoke amenities crafted by Graff and Frette, hand-stitched Hypnos mattresses and fabulous views. First up is Nobu by the Beach, the first-ever daytime poolside and beach restaurant by the world-fêted Japanese Peruvian chef, with outdoor dining, a private pool and a beach with cabanas. Then there’s Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, offering cutting-edge takes on historic British cuisine dating back to the 1300s by the Michelin-starred superchef.

Next comes La Mar by Gastón Acurio – an experimental Latin American restaurant showcasing the authentic flavours of Peruvian gastronomy, with dishes including sashimi-style tiraditos, classic causas (potato dumplings) and freshly grilled anticucho street-food style favourites. At Jaleo Dubai by José Andrés, the only chef in the world with a two Michelin-star restaurant and four Bib Gourmands, Spanish sharing plates include signature tapas, hearty paellas and the finest cheese.

There’s also an outpost of Estiatorio Milos, one of the world’s finest Mediterranean seafood restaurants, with high-end Hellenic food including Greek wild oysters by acclaimed chef Costas Spiliadis.
