Immersive lifestyle holidays with SIRO

Launching in Porto Montenegro in 2024 with the SIRO Boka Place, this new brand by Kerzner (owner of the world-famous Atlantis resorts in Dubai and the super-luxury One&Only group of resorts) has been conceived with fitness and wellbeing at its core. Expect an array of performance fitness activities that fit with each destination: cycling, sailing, hiking, boxing, climbing, kitesurfing, parkour and skiing, for instance. All hotels will also centre on a cutting-edge fitness club with a gym, yoga and meditation space and swimming pool, as well as offering access to local sports venues. Each will have a Recovery Lab with massages, meditation and sports rehabilitation, plus nutritional dining based on seasonal and organic fare from local farms and artisans.

Immersive lifestyle holidays with SIRO

SIRO Boka Place

Guests at this first property will be able to choose from challenging sailing circuits and cycling routes of different lengths and altitudes as just some of their activities. Conceived of as the perfect coastal destination for fitness-minded people, the Montenegro property will be nestled between the pristine blue Adriatic waters and mountains swathed in conserved greenery, and as well as kayaking and other water sports there’ll be access to mountain trails and to sports such as polo.

The sailing routes available in Montenegro – which fit varying levels of ability – take place on a coast treasured for its warm waters, its stunning shoreline with its hidden bays, and the many regattas that it hosts. SIRO Boka Place won’t just be about summer living and the sea; this is a year-round destination, and winters will see skiing firmly on the agenda.

The hotel’s own smart climate-controlled pool will also give guests the option of training freely under a retractable roof all through the year. Other fitness offerings on offer will include specialist-led circuit classes, alfresco boot camps and guided trail cycling amidst splendid scenery.

Much thought has been put into making the stylish contemporary rooms, suites and residences as conducive to fitness and wellbeing as the rest of the hotel by stimulating deep sleep. Expect innovative furniture design and efficient smart-home technology in blackout rooms with soundproof technology, deeply restorative mattresses, signature muscle-conditioning spa showers, and private stretch and meditation areas. Evenings will see the property dedicated to ‘drinking, dancing and decompressing’, on the basis that wellbeing is also about hedonistic escapes from routine and connecting with friends, family, friends and new faces.

Porto Montonegro itself is a sleek leisure, lifestyle ad residential complex in the fabled bay of Kotor, with a harbour peopled by motor launches, powerboats and state-of-the-art superyachts. At the centre of it all sits the Porto Montenegro Yacht Club (PMYC), a hub of the community’s sporting life but also social life, making sailing accessible to all and hosting an ever-growing roster of regattas and other events including a gastronomic festival.
Other enticements in Boka Place include the global lifestyle and dining phenomenon Buddha-Bar Beach with its club ambiance and upscale Asian-inspired cuisine in a gorgeous bayside setting.
SIRO Boka Place has been designed by London-based design studio Atellior, whose other prestigious projects have include the Le Mériden Lav, the Art’Otel Mitte Berlin, the Palazzo Rainis Hotel & Spa, The Apartments at 11 Cadogan Gardens and the Courtyard Marriott in Vilnius.

Bookings are yet to open for Boka Place but get in touch to register your interest and I'll let you know as soon as they become available.
