Hi, I'm Deirdre, but most people call me Dee!

I haven't always been the travel enthusiast I am today. For years, my holidays were the usual family trips abroad with my son David, making memories and enjoying a well-earned break in the sunshine.

Then, in October 2021, I booked my very first solo cruise, and something changed!

What started as one very nervous adventure turned into a love of travel that has grown slightly out of control ever since. These days, I'm always planning the next trip or wondering how soon I can get away again!

I've since cruised the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Asia and the Baltics, and explored wonderful destinations including Bali, Hong Kong, Marrakech and Portugal.

I've travelled solo, with family and friends, and made some wonderful friendships along the way. From cruises and city breaks to luxury hotels, beach bungalows and wellness retreats, I've discovered that the perfect holiday means something different to everyone.

**Solo travel is particularly close to my heart.** I know how daunting that first trip can feel, but also how rewarding it can be. I'd love to help others discover that same confidence and freedom.

I also have a passion for luxury wellness escapes, beautiful spa retreats and holidays where you can properly switch off. And having travelled as a single parent, I know how important it is to find a family holiday that works for everyone.
