Customer Blog : I've known Lucy since 2017 - when she came to our WI and gave a talk on travel.

I first met Lucy when she came to my WI to give a talk on travel about 10 years ago.

I was approaching a big birthday and wanted to book a holiday for family which included 2 grandchildren under 3 and a pregnant daughter in law. Lucy came to mind and was really helpful l. I was presented with folder full of luggage labels made out, boarding cards, easy child friendly check in  which was great. There was a private transfer waiting for us to take us to our hotel, everything ran like clockwork.

Lucy has since organised several holidays for me including a trip to Vegas where she recommended amazing hotel. Then a trip to Hawaii suggesting we went via Vancouver instead of the usual LA. Again all paperwork done for me, links sent for visas and trips ran smoothly.

A great thing with Lucy is she is on hand via WhatsApp whilst I am away if any problems crop up and this gives great peace of mind. Also, she always gets back to me when I contact her with sound, practical advice. Lucy has great knowledge of good hotels in lots of locations one being in Athens with fab view of Acropolis from rooftop restaurant.

Wanting to visit Morocco this year with a friend, we chatted and Lucy recommended a hotel just outside Marrakesh city centre because she thought perhaps a riad in centre for myself and my friend would not be ideal. Lucy found a lovely looking hotel, and  contacted the hotel on our behalf with a few of our questions. They answered and she fed back to me. We have just had a fabulous holiday all round excellent.
