I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine based on our recent Middle Eastern experience. We had stopped off in Doha, Qatar on our way back from Vietnam. The Middle East crisis kicked off with air strikes a few hours before our scheduled departure from Doha to Dublin. We ended up having to stay an extra 10 days in Doha with Qatari air space closed until further notice. Lorraine was texting us immediately with instructions and advice and continued to do so daily with travel updates and options available to us at the time. We finally departed Doha, 10 days later, on the very first Qatar flight to London. We got home safely that night via Shannon thanks to Lorraine’s excellent follow up and daily focus on what flights were becoming available. A true professional-Customer Service at its very best

Lorraine has been a joy to deal with and making all our travel plans work seamlessly without having to lift a finger!
