Vietnam & Cambodia in Depth

Hanoi

Begin in Hanoi with three nights in the capital, staying centrally for easy access to the Old Quarter and main sights. On your first evening, join a guided street food experience, walking through local neighbourhoods and trying well known Vietnamese dishes while learning how food shapes daily life in the city.

A full day guided tour introduces Hanoi’s key landmarks, including historic temples, museums and government buildings, giving context to the city’s past and present. Another highlight is a full day trip to Halong Bay, travelling by luxury cruise through the limestone karsts and spending time on the water before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

One morning includes a guided visit to the My Son Sanctuary, the former spiritual centre of the Champa Kingdom. Set among jungle covered hills, the ruins offer insight into Vietnam’s ancient history before returning to Hoi An with the afternoon free.
