The following morning a walking tour takes in the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, four of Rome's most recognisable landmarks in one well paced morning.

Florence

Board a first class train at Roma Termini and arrive into Florence in just over an hour. Three nights at the MH Florence Hotel and Spa gives you a comfortable base in the city centre.  On the second day a self guided food tour of traditional eateries covers bruschetta, Tuscan soup, local cheeses, salami and wine pairings across three well known spots in the city. It is a good way to eat well and get a feel for the neighbourhood at the same time.

Pisa

Take the first class train from Florence to Pisa for a final night at the Grand Hotel Duomo, right beside the famous square. A guided tour of the best of Pisa including the Leaning Tower is included, giving you a proper introduction to one of Italy's most recognisable landmarks before a private transfer to Pisa Airport for the flight home.
