This is not the first time we have used Claire and will not be the last. I honestly can’t recommend Claire highly enough. From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible for all the holidays we have booked with her. Claire planned and booked everything exactly as we wanted so that everything worked superbly, even when we had a forced re-routing of flights, with minimum impact to our holiday. Flights, car transfers, hotels, all perfectly fitted together. She continued to communicate throughout the holiday to ensure everything was going as planned. We were delighted by the level of personal service we received and the attention to detail which made the trip a wonderful experience. On this trip our travel plans became impacted by the issues in the Middle East, Claire went above and beyond. Her timeliness in keeping us informed of the evolving situation with respect to travel, spending hours, late into the night, of her own personal time, searching for options to reroute our travels with minimum impact to our vacation. Her dedication to customer care, planning, quick thinking and communication are her forte. Only when talking to other travellers on this vacation, who did not experience this same level of travel support, did we realise just how much of a gem Claire truly is.
