Fueteventura for the family
We have been to Fuerteventura a couple of times before because I think it is a perfect family holiday destination and close to home. Our private taxi transfers brought us to our accommodation in Caleta de Fuste.
Our first day we decided to relax by the beach which are beautiful white sandy beaches and spotlessly clean where they organise all water sports including a Padi diving school and you can also go camel riding.
During our stay we also headed to the Oasis Park Zoo which is a great day out for all the family. There are sea lion shows, bird of prey shows, reptile shows, parrot shows and lots more. Tickets for here are approximately €25 per adult and €16 per child.
Down by the Marina you can feed the fish, watch the boats or just relax and have an ice cream and there are lovely walks along the promenade. It feels very safe by day and is well lit up at night time.
The resort of Caleta de Fuste is a very nice, relaxed resort with great beaches, restaurants and bars.
We will definitely be going back to here next year for our family holiday.
