Explore the famous Spice Route onboard Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas. Your voyage will begin in luxurious Dubai, travelling on to Oman before sailing down the Indian Coast giving you the chance to experience the melting pot of cultures in Mumbai before sailing on to the Queen of the Arabian Sea, Cochin. Experience the crystal waters of Phuket, Thailand, and the coastal state of Penang in Malaysia before completing your trip in Singapore.

Your trip will begin with a one-night stay in the Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort. During your stay, visit the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa to experience extraordinary views over the city, visit the local souks in search of middle eastern souvenirs or visit Dubai’s historical district, Al Fahidi. Also, you can choose to treat yourself to a treatment at the Anantara Spa or relax by the infinity pool which offers beautiful shoreline views.

The next stop on your itinerary will be Oman where you can visit the Grand Mosque which was gifted to Oman by Sultan Qaboos. You can also learn about Oman’s history and heritage at the New National Museum in Old Muscat which holds some of the most beautiful archaeological artefacts.

Your fourth and fifth day will be spent cruising the gulf of Oman which will give you time to enjoy a host of onboard activities, whether it's relaxing in the adults-only retreat, trying to win big in the Casinos or something adventurous like rock climbing to the top of the rock-climbing wall, there is something for everyone on board.

Next stop on your adventure is India’s cosmopolitan city of Mumbai. Explore the iconic Gateway of India, or Shree Mahalakshmi Temple, the vibrant markets of Colaba Causeway and Crawford Market or explore the home of Bollywood movies. Whether you're a history buff, foodie, or nightlife enthusiast, Mumbai promises an unforgettable adventure.

The seventh day on your itinerary will also be spent at sea. You can take the time to dine and savour at one of the restaurants on board. You can have a steakhouse experience at Chops Grille or you can enjoy breakfast and lunch, with Mediterranean flavours at Solarium Bistro Restaurant.

The next destination on your itinerary will be Cochin, India. You can stroll along Princess Street where you can admire the brightly coloured houses. While in Kerala, you can try the traditional Indian health method of Ayurvedic through a relaxing massage or reflexology.

After sailing through the Bay of Bengal and down the Andaman Sea, your next destination will be Phuket, Thailand. During your stop you can visit the picturesque limestone formations of Pha Nga Bay where you can explore deserted islands and beaches by boat. While in Phuket, you can also visit the magnificent, 48-metre-tall Buddha statue which sits above Nakkerd Hills or explore Phuket’s marine life by snorkelling in the pristine, warm waters that surround Phuket.

Before heading to Singapore, you will dock in Penang, Malaysia. During your visit experience Penang’s historical architecture by walking through George Town where you can also stop and try some of the area’s famous street food like char koay teow.

Anthem will then complete its voyage in Singapore where you will stay in The Clan Hotel for a night once the cruise has finished. You can explore the tropical Singapore Botanic Gardens before witnessing the otherworldly Supertrees of Gardens by the Bay or enjoying a panoramic view of the Singapore skyline on top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel. No trip along the Spice route would be complete without some souvenirs to take home and what better place to explore than the high-end boutiques of Orchard Road.

Terms and Conditions

Price is based on 2 people sharing a standard room for one night Anantara the Palm Hotel in Dubai, an Oceanview Stateroom cabin onboard Anthem of the Seas for 14-nights and a night in a Deluxe room at The Clan Hotel. Price includes return flights from Dublin, full board including gratuities onboard Anthem of the Seas and private car transfer on arrival and departure. Flight departs Dub-lin on Tuesday 5th November 2024.
