She had so much knowledge and advice which made it easier for us to decide where to go and for a great price too. She responds to queries so fast and provides an excellent service. Sue never disappoints me. I have used her and referred her numerous times so it was a no brainer to contact her for our Honeymoon. I gave her a description of what we wanted and she came back quickly ticking all the boxes. My other half then wanted to make changes to the origInal description and this was no issue to Sue at all. Had a great trip to the USA. The Accommodation in Las Vegas, Toronto and New York were all perfectly located and of a high standard. I was concerned before I left If we could manage all of the flights, but the timing was perfect on every flight and we had plenty of time in each of the places we visited. We got to the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls and the Statue of Liberty so everything on the list was ticked. Thank you for your help.

With 4 kids, we wanted somewhere family friendly and with sunshine, Sue took these requirements and tailored a perfect holiday in Fuertaventura for us. Sue was fantastic, organising all the tedious details involved in booking a honeymoon like ours which involved six different flights, four different hotels and a car hire, especially when we were so busy with our wedding preparations. We had a fabulous, bespoke honeymoon which Sue helped plan with her expert recommendations and experience. Brilliant, personal and professional service.

We have used Sue Cahill at Travel Counsellors on many occasions, and always find that she provides excellent service. However, on our most recent trip to New York, our outbound flight was cancelled. Within 30 minutes of the cancellation Sue had re-arranged our return flights, and re-booked our hotel accommodation. So, as we enjoyed a spot of lunch and a glass of wine, we watched other passengers frantically try to re-arrange their return flights at the airline desk, and their hotel accommodation on their smart-phones! What could have been a very stressful situation and a bad start to our holiday, turn out to be stress-free and in-fact added to our holiday. Having a dedicated Travel Counsellor with your interests at the centre of their business makes a big difference to your holiday experience, and we highly recommend Sue to all our friend for their holiday plans. I know at this stage that I can depend totally on Sue Cahill to arrange, plan and make sure that my vacation goes according to plan. Always available and ready to help where help is needed. Whenever I am planning my holiday I call to Sue and she makes suggestions and throws out ideas. I rate her performance 10 out of 10.

Everything went according to plan with flights on time etc. The flight time was very long at 11 hours and if there is a next time I would stop off halfway for a break. We enjoyed the trip to Mauritius and we had a great time. Thanks Sue for your time and help.

Dealing with her has always been a good experience. Above all I have full confidence in her to meet and overcome any travel problems that may appear. Once in Mexico I missed a connecting flight . Within an hour she had me on another flight. In India I had to get home quickly because of a family bereavement - was home next day. Great person and good to deal with.

Recently on a transatlantic holiday my travel arrangements were thrown into disarray due to the threat of industrial action. Luckily for me a quick call to Sue resulted in my connecting flights and car hire being rearranged by the time I landed in the US. While walking to baggage Sue called me with my new arrangements - top class service!!
