From the very first phone call Janice was friendly and professional. She found us the ideal honeymoon. Janice did everything for us and updated us on a regular basis. Both my wife and myself have health issues and Janice dealt directly with the airline for us. We didn`t have to deal with them at all. Basically everything was done by her for us. All we can say is thanks a mil Janice and we will be in touch again next year.

I work for an Architectural Practice in Co Wexford, and we do a large amount of our work outside Ireland, mostly in Sri Lanka, India, Dubai and Pakistan, but we also have many projects on the go in central Europe. Janice deals with all of our Business and Personal travel, and is always superb. She knows the Travel Business inside out, and her advice is priceless. She is always at the other end of the phone if our plans change, or if we need to amend our flights or accommodation. Janice is so patient and good humoured, and is a pleasure to deal with. Her attention to detail and little extra pieces of advice are invaluable; like reminding us to collect luggage in certain airports, or arranging transport to meetings etc. I really don’t know how we would manage without her! I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending her she is fantastic. Thank you so much Janice

Janice was excellent when booking our first family holiday. She answered my many questions and requests with great patience and efficiency! Janice was extremely helpful and a very pleasant lady to deal with, we will definitely be booking with her again!

Janice has (at my request!) sent me all over the world - Europe, USA, Central America, Carribean, Africa, Asia, Australia. Sometimes I have travelled with family/friends, sometimes I have travelled on my own. Sometimes I have wanted an all inclusive trip, sometimes flight only with a hotel for the first couple of nights. She always come up with the goods and is always my first stop on any trip.

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service we received from Janice Walsh in Wexford. She could not have been more helpful throughout the process, from the very 1st enquiry to the phonecall we received the day after we arrived back to make sure everything went well. In truth I stopped talking to other travel agents very shortly after dealing with Janice as it was by far a much better service. I have since recommended Janice to several people and we will definitely be back.

Myself, my husband Tom and one year old daughter Lila are just back from a fantastic, hassle free holiday in Lagos, Portugal. Janice delivered on all of my requests which were to travel from Cork Airport, rental of a car and really nice accommodation in a family friendly area of Portugal at a price that didn't break the bank! Thanks Janice, we will be calling on you again next year.

We were a party of four in Rome; ages 80-15 or 5 nights. Perfect Hotel chosen by Janice - Hotel des Artist. The best 3 star I was ever in, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast and rooms. Janice booked our tour of the Vatican before we left Ireland, fabulous . We would love to do it all again !
