Dee stayed in daily contact with us and proactively booked accommodation having assured us from her first communication that we would be looked after while arrangements were being made to get us home. She arranged an alternative route home avoiding the UAE and Travel Councillors covered any extra costs incurred. Dee and Travel Counsellors turned what could have been a nightmarish scenario with escalating worries and costs into a very well managed and communicated situation where we got a few days extra holidays which were relatively stress free.
