But Dee’s ethos and professionalism and that of Travel Counsellors really came into it’s own when we found ourselves stuck in Thailand due to the crisis in the Middle East. Dee stayed in daily contact with us and proactively booked accommodation having assured us from her first communication that we would be looked after while arrangements were being made to get us home. She arranged an alternative route home avoiding the UAE and Travel Councillors covered any extra costs incurred. Dee and Travel Counsellors turned what could have been a nightmarish scenario with escalating worries and costs into a very well managed and communicated situation where we got a few days extra holidays which were relatively stress free. We were so relieved during those uncertain days that Dee and Travel Counsellors had our back. Thank you so much.'
