Beautiful beaches lapped by two oceans, starry desert skies, incredible mountains and one of the continent's best safari destinations – South Africa is a country of astounding diversity. What better way to explore South Africa than sharing the lifechanging experience with your nearest and dearest.

Your family’s South African adventure begins when you land in Cape Town. Looked over by the iconic Table Mountain, Cape Town is South Africa’s most accessible gateway with gorgeous beaches, multicultural neighbourhoods, famous vineyards, and fine dining choices. Staying for five nights in Welgelegen Boutique Guest House, your family will be ideally located to make your exploration of the cosmopolitan city even easier. Catch a cable car up the iconic Table Mountain for some truly awe-inspiring views, visit the beautiful Kirstenbosch Gardens or pop along to see the playful penguins at Boulders Beach.

Leaving Cape Town behind, you’ll make the journey to Stellenbosch in the heart of the Cape Winelands, where you’ll stay for two nights at the Spier Hotel & Conferencing. With village-style buildings, lush green lawns and spacious rooms situated next to the calming Eerste River this is a time for relaxation. Why not sample some of the vineyards wine while sitting beside on of the hotels many pools.

Move on to De Kloof Luxury Estate, situated in Swellendam on the Western Cape. Embrace the unique culture of South Africa’s third oldest town and consume the picturesque scenery of mountainous greenery around you.

From here you will go to Knysna for two more nights, staying at the Elephant Hide of Knysna Guest Lodge where you and your family will enjoy total privacy in your own private cabin as you overlook the stunning Knysna estuary. Enjoy the tranquillity of the nature surrounding you by day, and marvel at the incredible orange sunsets at night.

Your South African adventure ends in Addo Elephant National Park, a diverse wildlife conservation park, only one hour from Elizabeth’s Port. Each day begins with a morning safari as the sun brings the bush to life. During evening game drives, you may be lucky enough to witness the thrill of a lion hunt, be surrounded by a herd of elephant, or watch as a family of hippos emerge from the water for a night of grazing. As nocturnal life begins to stir, return safely to the lodge for a hearty dinner and dream about the wonderful African adventure you have experienced.
