• Arrive in Munich, where you will be met and transferred to your river ship in Nuremberg.

• The next morning you will arrive in Bamberg where you can enjoy a locally guided tour of this historic city.

• Sail onwards to Würzburg. Admire its magnificent baroque palace, the Würzburg Residence, and walk through Würzburg Court Garden. Later, perhaps enjoy an optional visit to medieval Rothenburg, a true fairytale town.

• Discover Miltenberg, this well-preserved town’s half-timbered buildings dating from the 15th to 18th century. Enjoy true German hospitality as you are welcomed into the homes of friendly Miltenberg locals for coffee and cake.

• In Rüdesheim, the Winzerexpress mini-train will take you to Siegfried’s Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum. Later, back on board, you will encounter the spectacular Rhine Gorge.

• On Day 6, disembark your ship in Cologne and drive to the town of Brühl. Step back in time during a visit to the World Heritage-listed Augustusburg Castle, the lavish residence of archbishop-elector Clemens August.

• Amsterdam’s network of canals is a sight to behold. Dock in the city’s heart and board a glass-top boat to discover its views. Back on land, enjoy some free time before a Farewell Dinner on board.

• After breakfast, disembark your river ship and transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Price is based on 2 adults sharing a French Balcony Cabin for 7 nights aboard the Travel Marvel Polaris on an all-inclusive basis. Price includes return transfers, All Excursions and On Board Gratuities. Price is based on a cruise only basis but flights can be added if you contact your Travel Counsellor. Cruise departs from Munich on the 15th December 2023 and finishes in Amsterdam.
