Munich Marvels!

A short city break to Munich was such a treat. This amazing, historical, beautiful city has so much to offer from open top bus tours to beer gardens, from BMW museum visits to shopping - Munich has indeed something for everyone.
With a super rail service too, a trip to Austria is hassle free and makes a great 2 centre holiday option for something a little bit different. We stayed at the 'Flemings City' Hotel which was located directly across the street from the main train station so arrival from the airport proved very easy in finding our hotel.
The Christmas markets are wonderful; November saw just the start of them so perhaps early December would be even more spectacular for a Christmas market visit.
The city centre is full of life, Marienplatz in particular with its fantastic shopping.
A visit to the BMW museum is a must, a great day out, midweek is better as you can take the 'plant tour' Mon - Fri.
A wonderful break awaits you in Munich, get planning, make a date and enjoy!
