I have dealt with Mary on two separate occasions when booking my holidays and can say with complete honesty that a great job was done by her. She made is so easy that it was a joy to go on holidays. I find the booking and looking for a suitable holiday destination quite stressful so I left it in Mary's capable hands to both find a destination and do all the bookings and she came up trumps.

I asked Mary to arrange a varied 2 week holiday in Florida which included a work related seminar for 3 days of the 2 weeks. Mary arranged a trip that met all of my requirements and she arranged better accommodation at better prices than I could arrange on the internet. Mary made sure that I had a detailed travel schedule which included 2 flights out, 4 hotels, 2 separate car hires and 2 flights back. This was done in a smooth and professional manner. Every place I went was impressed by the travel agent I had used. Hard examples of this include being upgraded (at no extra cost) to better accommodation than booked on 2 occasions and being able to upgrade the booked car at very competitive rates. The car hire firm said that the upgrade in car that I asked for (to a Cadillac from a Corolla) would normally have cost an extra $ 80 a day – because I was with Travel Counsellors it was $25 a day. I have recommended Mary and Travel Counsellors to 3 other Action Coaches in Ireland who have retained Mary for their trips. All have been very satisfied with Mary’s approach and delivery. I strongly recommend Mary and Travel Counsellors to anyone wishing to travel abroad.

Hotels were great, most had a pool, exactly what was needed at the end of the day. Guides all there waiting at the airports and lovely air con in the mini buses.
