Hi and welcome to my webpage. My name is Lorraine and I live with my husband and 3 children in the Crookstown/Ballitore area of Co Kildare. I am originally from Newbridge and moved to this area 7 years ago.

I have been in the Travel Industry for more than 14 years. Before becoming a personal Travel Counsellor in 2008, I owned an independent travel agency in Newbridge for almost 5 years and I sold the business to spend more time with my family. I have a lot of repeat clients and my motto is, no matter how big or small the booking, everyone is treated with the same professionalism and great customer service.

This is one of the reasons why I joined Travel Counsellors as we pride ourselves on offering our customers a level of personal service and attention to detail that simply can’t be found anywhere else! I believe that booking your holiday should be an enjoyable and exciting experience. My customers are always saying how delighted they are to find someone who will take the time to listen to them and offer suggestions, without rushing them into a hasty decision.

I believe in finding exactly the right holiday to match my customers’ needs and because Travel Counsellors is completely independent and deals with over 400 suppliers I can offer a huge selection of choice. Also unlike other agents, I can be contacted during the evening and at weekends, because I know that for many people this is the most convenient time to call.

Apart from many European resorts, my worldwide travels have brought me to U.S.A including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Memphis, New Orleans, Nashville and Florida. I have also travelled to many Far East destinations such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, Dubai and Sri Lanka. Since having a 7 year old, 4 year old and a 6 month old, our family holiday takes us to the beautiful south west coast of France which I personally think is an ideal destination for families. I recently travelled to Malaga and the surrounding areas which I personally enjoyed. For cruising, I have visited Independence of the Seas and had pleasure of going on a Mini cruise on Celebrity Equinox.
