Hello and welcome to Travel Counsellors in Gorey and serving Carlow too.

My name is Janice Walsh and I was the owner of Allways Travel – a travel agency with branches in Gorey and Carlow for 10 years before becoming a Travel Counsellor. I am now delighted to be part of this dynamic and expanding Travel Company.

As a Travel Counsellor I am a home-based travel agent offering a personalised service for all types of holidays and travel requirements. I have experience in booking family holidays, specialised group tours, weddings abroad, that very special ‘once in a lifetime’ trip, weekend breaks and around the world tickets. I pride myself in offering the very highest level of customer service and will work hard to ensure that I deliver it.

Back in 1997, after working for 10 years in banking, I deceided to take a year out and travel the world. I travelled through Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, India, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Nothing was ever the same again and the memories are still so vivid so many years later. This was the time in my life that my passion for travel started in earnest and it has never left me. I have also travelled extensively in Europe, South Africa, China, the USA and the Caribbean.

The cruise market has just exploded in the last couple of years and I am delighted to have been recently awarded Captain status on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Azamara Cruise Lines. This training has enabled me to keep up to date with the facilities available on the different ships, the new ships that have been launched and the hugh number of itineraries that are now available.
