We used Dee after a recommendation and were not disappointed. Our honeymoon nearly didn't happen because of snow, but Dee solved all our problems, got us re-routed, hotels rearranged, advised us on how to sort out the flights with the airline - all on a bank holiday Monday when most agents wouldn't be working! Her personal touch is amazing and I'd highly recommend her. We'll be going to Dee again!
